The Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery of all Customization and Integration PS services and offers Globally for the CDI/CSP business unit. The Delivery Manager partners with Sales, Sales Engineers, Presales team, Legal team, product management, engineering, training and business development teams by accurately gathering customers technical and business requirements and determining and positioning the most appropriate services and internal resources.
This is a management role with some element of hands-on technical deployment/delivery role backing up the team members, requiring extensive and significant experience in managing Services teams, within a dynamic environment. 50% of your time will be spent on managerial duties as coaching team members and performance management. The candidates will have to demonstrate a proven track record of success, in managing/coaching software development teams in a development/integration environment, and also business development along with optimizing revenue for a Professional Services entity.
Primary responsibilities include:
Responsible for all Professional Services custom developments and integration projects delivery across globally, for CSP business
Managements of a team consist of engineers and solution architects, based out of Noida
Ensure proper delivery timelines and take appropriate actions to meet defined revenue targets
Contribute to maximize revenue objectives and optimize team margin target
Responsible to Key delivery KPIs: On time, best quality, on budget, and customer satisfaction
Responsible to build a multi-skills team, ensuring business continuity
Owner of services scheduling, capacity management and project slotting
Handles customer/stake holder escalation and provides corrective actions plan
Maintain contact and communication with all team members, account manager and other participants to ensure conformance with requirements of each project(s) and client expectations
Review and confirm the appropriate services offerings for complex opportunities
Responsible for identification of new business opportunities via new deals or Change requests.
Process creation, control and implementation based on best ITIL practices.
Qualification Requirements:
Experience:
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred
Extensive experience in professional services, software development or customer application/integration support operations, related with IT security
Proven track record of technical team management experience
Extensive customer facing experience in a technical or project management role
Proven experience of systems integration and/or implementation preferred
Proven solutions consulting experience in large enterprises

Experience of working with software security analysis tools: Static code analysis tools (e.g. Coverity, HP Fortify), Dynamic analysis tools (e.g. HP Web inspect), Vulnerability analysis tools (e.g. Qualys, Nessus) and shall be able to analyze results reported by such tools.
Strong hands-on development skill using C Linux system and kernel programming, shell scripts, Makefile, python, Java, C#, REST
CISSP and other security certifications are a plus.
Additional skills (beneficial, not mandatory):
Knowledge and understanding of Thales products (e.g. HSM, Authentication, Key Management)
Willingness to travel to client locations if required
