Job Shift Night Shift - 5 Days a Week Saturday Sunday Off
Job Summary:- A Title Searcher examines public records to verify property ownership and identify potential title issues, such as liens, encumbrances, or defects.
IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFERRED
Requirements: -
- Minimum 1-year experience in US Mortgage Title Search
- Hands on Experience in working on Current owner and Full search
- Conduct thorough title searches and examinations of public records, including deeds, mortgages, liens, and tax records
- Analyze property titles to identify any issues that may affect the sale or financing of the property
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding title searches and property transactions
- Hands on Experience in various Search Engines
- Must have worked on Deed Mortgage and Taxes
- Must have experience in US Residential Property Documents Verification & Reviewing
- Conduct title searches: Examine public records, including deeds, mortgages, court records, and tax records, to verify property ownership and identify potential title issues.
- Analyze search results: Review search findings to determine the property's marketability and identify any issues that need to be resolved.
- Prepare title reports: Create detailed reports outlining the property's ownership history, any title issues, and recommendations for clearing up defects.
- Communicate with stakeholders: Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and other parties to resolve title issues and ensure smooth transactions.
