Must Have: Business Analyst & Data Analysis with Any BFS domain or Wealth Management experience and good in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases.
Job Description:
Sr Business Functional Analyst captures and documents requirements, analyses the impact of changes and supports the business throughout the implementation process. They are required to understand the business requirements and map the same to system functionalities and having technical experience in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases.
Overall 7+ years of Experience
- Exposure to working with Data Warehouses, Regulatory Reporting framework
- Experience in Anti Financial Crime (AFC) and Transaction Monitoring is desired
- Bachelor's Degree and/or any finance-related courses with a proven record of accomplishment in banking, shared service, or in finance industry. ACAMS or similar industrial accreditation would be a plus.
- Possessing work exposure in Transaction Monitoring on different products, regions and being well versed in AML regulations will be required. While having exposure in platforms like ACTIMIZE, FIRCOSOFT, MANTAS, etc. would be highly preferred.
- Experience in a Banking /Wealth management domain and/or related support functions including understanding of products, business and operational processes, with exposure to business analysis will be required.

- Understanding of executing projects in agile (scrum) methodology
- Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements
- Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing.
- Ability to influence and motivate other team members and stakeholders through strong dialogue, facilitation and persuasiveness.
