Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services to increase revenue growth.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software for future reference.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to resolve complex issues.
