Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Security Consultant to manage and enhance our SAP security framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security roles and authorizations across SAP systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Experience in manufacturing environments and integration with modules like MM, PP, QM, and PM is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP security roles and authorizations across ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP systems.
- Perform user administration, role creation, and access control management.
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support secure SAP implementations and upgrades.
- Analyze and resolve authorization issues and user access problems.
- Implement and manage GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions.
- Support periodic access reviews and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.
- Document security processes and provide training to end-users and support teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Security administration and role design.
- Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts and user management.
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control.
- Familiarity with SAP modules used in manufacturing (MM, PP, QM, PM).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Security or GRC certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA security architecture.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and enterprise security frameworks.
- Exposure to audit and compliance processes in manufacturing environments.
