Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead development of organizational IT infrastructure across database systems,
technology solutions, networks, and servers
- Configure and manage network devices, performance, and servers
- Act as subject matter expert for infrastructure needs
- Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience: [five +]
- Advanced skills/proficiency and knowledge of Windows Server OS, SCCM, GPOs, Active directory (AD), Entra and AD Migrations.
- Advanced skills/proficiency and knowledge of DNS and DHCP Platforms.
- Strong experience in AWS/Azure Cloud technologies using IaC eg: Terraform and Azure Devops.
- Strong experience in powershell and Cloud technologies like Vault, Github, CI/CD principles and best-practices.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms
- Implement and optimize large data technologies and frameworks
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to resolve bottleneck issues
- Keen understanding of lululemons culture.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal.
- Excellent listening and facilitation skills; the ability to sense organizational vibrations.
- Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move toward a common goal or vision.
