The Manager Network and Server Infrastructure Management will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the companys network and server infrastructure. The role ensures high availability, security, scalability, and compliance of IT systems across data centers, cloud, and office environments. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage both internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Network Infrastructure Manage enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet, wireless, and firewall infrastructure. Ensure optimized network performance, reliability, and redundancy. Implement proper bandwidth management, load balancing, and monitoring solutions. Oversee network security including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access control. Conduct periodic audits, performance reviews, and upgrades. Server & Systems Infrastructure Oversee on-premises and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows/Linux). Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM) and storage systems (SAN/NAS). Ensure server uptime, patch management, and system hardening. Implement and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related core services. Administer backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity plans. Security & Compliance Ensure compliance with CERT-IN, ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant standards. Enforce access controls, monitoring, and regular vulnerability assessments. Work with SOC team for threat detection and response. Leadership & Vendor Management Lead and mentor a team of network & server engineers/administrators. Manage vendor relationships for procurement, AMC, licensing, and support. Review SLAs and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues. Develop capacity planning. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of networking Expertise in Windows/Linux server administration. Hands-on with virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident/change/problem management. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Role & responsibilities
