Job Description
AI Engineer
Work Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi,NCR, AhmedabadWe are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in Agentic AI, Intelligent Applications full-stack application development using .NET, Node.js, Python, and front-end technologies like React.js and/or Angular and leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), and relevant machine learning models. This role focuses on designing and deploying autonomous AI agents leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agent AI Service, Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, Hugging Face, and Semantic Kernel within enterprise applications.
You will architect, develop, and integrate LLM-driven applications that run on Microsofts Azure AI ecosystem, enabling intelligent automation, knowledge retrieval, and decision-making systems.
This role requires expertise in AI orchestration, multi-agent systems, full-stack development, and enterprise AI integration.
As a key member of our AI innovation team, you will work on end-to-end AI solutions, including backend APIs, AI-powered microservices, and dynamic frontend interfaces to deliver cutting-edge AI-driven enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Development & Autonomous SystemsDevelop LLM and AI/ML - powered, AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agent AI Service, LangGraph, and AutoGen / Semantic Kernel.Design and implement multi-agent AI workflows with reasoning, goal-driven planning, and adaptive memory.Utilize Semantic Kernel for long-term memory, function calling, and RAG-based workflows.Leverage Azure AI Foundry for orchestrating and fine-tuning AI models in production environments.
LLM & AI Integration in Full-Stack ApplicationsDeploy GPT-4, Phi-3, and Hugging Face models on Azure OpenAI for intelligent automation.Integrate LLM-based services into .NET or Node.js APIs for enterprise-grade AI applications.Develop React.js-based AI-powered UIs, embedding natural language interfaces and AI copilots.Implement vector search & retrieval with Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, and FAISS.
Full-Stack AI Application DevelopmentDevelop backend AI APIs using .NET Core or Node.js, integrating with Azure AI services.Build interactive AI-driven UIs using React.js, TypeScript, and Microsoft Fluent UI.Implement AI-assisted chatbots, copilots, and intelligent workflow automation in enterprise applications.Ensure scalability, performance, and security in AI-powered web applications.
Enterprise AI & Microsoft Ecosystem IntegrationBuild LLM-driven enterprise copilots for Microsoft 365, Teams, and Power Platform.Develop AI-powered chatbots and assistants that integrate with Microsoft Graph API & Azure AI Studio.Implement workflow automation with AI agents in Power Automate & Azure Logic Apps.Enhance enterprise search and knowledge management using Azure Cognitive Search & Vector Databases.
AI Performance Optimization & Responsible AIOptimize LLM token efficiency, reducing latency and improving cost-effectiveness.Implement prompt engineering, retrieval caching, and fine-tuned model deployment.Ensure compliance with Azure AI Content Safety, Responsible AI best practices, and enterprise AI governance.Build AI monitoring & explainability tools to track LLM-generated outputs and mitigate risks.
Collaboration & AI StrategyWork with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Cloud Architects to develop AI-powered applications.Advocate for best practices in multi-agent AI engineering and AI-assisted application development.Stay updated on the latest Azure AI innovations and enterprise AI trends.Contribute to open-source AI projects and Microsoft AI research initiatives
Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft AI Certifications (Azure AI Engineer Associate, AI-102, DP-100).Experience with multi-modal AI models, LLMOps, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).Background in cognitive architectures, explainable AI (XAI), and enterprise AI governance.Contributions to open-source AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Transformers).* Be aware of phishing scams involving fraudulent career recruiting and fictitious job postings; visit our Phishing Scams page to learn more.
