Role & responsibilities :
1. Answer Customer Queries professionally through all the service channels and provide information/resolution within the specified time.
2. Record and categorize all customer interactions.
3. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company
4. Handle customer queries via Calls and Emails with empathy and professionalism.
Preferred candidate profile :
1. HSC or any Graduate Fresher's.
2. Min 6 Months Customer Service Experience.
3. Good Communication Skill.
4. Age Upto 35
