• Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i

• checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE R26 Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study and Analysis, Joining Processes for Sheet metal parts

• Understanding of Sheet metal part Operations Piercing, Blanking, Forming, Drawing, Trimming etc
• for tooling feasibility

• Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg
• , assembly & Serviceability) 6
• Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc
• will be preferable Project Co ordination & Communication Skills 1
• Should be responsible for Quality, Delivery,Time lines for responsible system

• Maintain & support project status & documentation to present in Customer Meetings

• Should be able to give advance inputs to Internal teams & Customer to resolve the issues
