- Evaluate writing tasks, assignments, and assessments based on established rubrics and criteria.
- Provide constructive feedback on students' written content, focusing on clarity, grammar, structure, and creativity.
- Ensure that ratings are consistent, fair, and aligned with pedagogical principles.
- Review and Develop educational materials, such as writing prompts, rubrics, evaluation guidelines, text and diagrams, to ensure they meet the required standards and accurately categories them into levels of complexity from basic recall to higher order thinking.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and other experts to create tasks that align with curriculum goals.
- Assist in writing and revising tasks to ensure clarity, engagement, and academic rigor.
- Serve as a backup resource to assist with urgent or unexpected content-related rating and writing tasks.
Step in to evaluate and provide feedback in high-volume periods or when primary experts are unavailable. - Work closely with other pedagogical experts, curriculum developers, and educators to align tasks with learning objectives.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss best practices and share insights on task design and assessment. Engage in calibration sessions with team members, other locations, or clients to maintain alignment and accuracy in educational content.
Work with other team members to share best practices and improve overall educational quality.
Balance working independently with collaborative efforts, managing multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal guidance.
Ensure that all written materials adhere to high standards of academic integrity and quality, while being accessible to diverse learning styles and levels of comprehension.
Review and refine tasks for clarity, appropriateness, and educational impact.
