Job Description
1.1.1 Test Management
Operational services:
- Managing Test Management activities for any test phases required within a project/upgrade/update or fix release. This includes:
- Stakeholder communication and coordination
- Providing guidance and direction on test activities to project management
- Ensuring all test artefacts are managed within the chosen test tool for test preparation, execution and defect management
- Ensuring traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios
- Management of testers (to enable them to create/deliver test cases in the designated tool)
- Tracking of test progress for test preparation and execution
- Use the designated Test Management tool for the creation of Test plan/packages and assignment of test cases
- Defect Handling
- Continuous Improvement
- Test Management Support to other test managers
- Test Plan/Package Creation
- Test Case assignment (Business Partner groups for Testers and Resolvers)
- SharePoint Updates (web pages, folders, documentation)
- Reporting for test and defect status (Power BI)
- Hand over defects to the incident management tool
- Monitor request via test management portal
- Monitor/Manage shared email inbox
- Strategic Testing Concept (State of the Art in Testing Solutions): SAP SolMan, SAP Cloud ALM, Test Automation, Rise with SAP, Change Impact analysis, Major Project strategy, SAP BTP, Reporting & Analytics, AI in Testing, Signavio integration.
Deliverables:
- Test Strategy
- Enablement package for each test phase
- Regional Knowledge Transfer session
- Test Plan
- Test and test defect reporting
- Test tool training for stakeholders (Test Designers/Testers and Resolvers)

Description of skills:
- Must have an experienced in GTM role that able to deliver as per service description
Technical Proficiency
Description of skills:
- Test Planning and Execution: Deep understanding of Release testing lifecycle, test cases creation and repository, testing enablement (test plan/package/testers assignment) and execution strategies.
- Tool Expertise: Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite), Worksoft Certify and Analytic tools like PowerBI,- SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, Signavio Integration.

Test Management
Description of skills:
- Testing Milestones and activities Planning: Aligning testing activities according to release calendars and stage gate check
- Change Document Handling: Manage and coordinate FT and UAT for CD with stakeholders at different testing phases.
- FT, UAT and REG Coordination: Ensuring readiness of test cases and enablement for FT,UAT and REG.
- Work as a team with IS-Testing during Testing Enablement
Leadership and Communication
Description of skills:
- Cross-functional collaboration: Working with central and regional test management teams, DevOps and release teams.
- Status Report: Preparing and provide regular update on the test progresss/status into actionable insights for stakeholders at different testing phases.
- Escalation and Decision-Making: Knowing when and how to escalate issues/risk and make informed decision idependently.
- Presentation and Training: Present and provide Enablement and training to different stakeholders at different testing phases.
Problem Solving and Risk Management
Description of skills:
- Defect Analysis: Manage and collaborate defects with DevOps throughout the release cycle.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential blockers and plan contingency together with stakeholders at different testing stages.
