Job Title: Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while leveraging their expertise in Oracle Project Management Cloud. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and project management skills to drive project success and team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion PPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of Oracle Project Management Cloud, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Fusion PPM and project management methodologies.
- Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud.
- Proven experience in Oracle Project Management Cloud, with a deep understanding of its functionalities and features.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud applications.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in project management and technical leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion PPM solutions.
