Job Title: Salesforce Core Developer b2b/b2cLocation: Pune, India
Experience: 4+ Years
I. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex programming, B2B Commerce, and Salesforce Order Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying programmatic solutions that are scalable, reusable, and aligned with enterprise architecture. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning architecture, integration patterns, and best practices for delivering high-quality technical solutions within a fast-paced environment.
II. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable programmatic solutions using Apex and Visualforce. Configure Salesforce applications through both declarative and programmatic methods. Collaborate with Technical Architects to design and maintain the core Client Group Systems architecture. Ensure all development work aligns with enterprise expectations for B2B Commerce and Salesforce Order Management engagements. Provide technical expertise and best practices for Salesforce Lightning architecture. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring maintainability, reusability, and scalability of solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, project managers) to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, enhancements, and new features, applying them to improve systems and processes.
III. Years of Experience: Minimum 4 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
IV. Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional): Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, B2B Commerce Developer, or Order Management Specialist (preferred).
V. Skill Set Required:
Must have: 4 6+ years of hands-on experience in Apex programming. Strong expertise in B2B Commerce Lightning or Commerce Engagements with Salesforce Order Management. Experience in building applications using Apex and Visualforce. Proficiency in both declarative and programmatic Salesforce configuration. Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy maintainable and reusable programmatic solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning architecture.
Nice to have: Experience with integration patterns and APIs within Salesforce. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. Salesforce certifications in Commerce Cloud, B2B Commerce, or Order Management. Exposure to large-scale Salesforce implementations with multi-cloud integrations.
