Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects involving device management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM/ConfigMgr, JAMF, or comparable tools) and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and success criteria in collaboration with technical leads and business stakeholders.
- Drive migration, upgrade, or integration initiatives for Exchange and SharePoint, including coexistence planning, data migration strategies, and post-migration stabilization.
- Oversee device enrollment, compliance, policy creation, application deployment, OS upgrade planning, and lifecycle management workflows across platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, identity (Azure AD), endpoint engineering, app owners, and third-party vendors.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security and compliance requirements, and best practices for governance and data protection.
- Develop and maintain project documentation: plans, runbooks, test plans, deployment guides, and status reports.
- Communicate progress and outcomes to sponsors and stakeholders via regular reporting and governance forums.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, training planning, and operational handover to support/BAU teams.
- Track project metrics and deliverables; measure success against KPIs such as adoption rates, incident reduction, SLA performance, and project ROI.
