Seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master Data Specialist with strong technical expertise in configuring, migrating, and maintaining mini master data for HR modules in SAP S/4HANA.
The candidate will support the design, development, and validation of mini master data objects to ensure seamless HR data integration and system performance during the S/4HANA implementation.
Role & responsibilities
**Mini Master Data Configuration:**
Assist in defining and configuring mini master data objects in SAP S/4HANA HR modules, including organizational structures, personnel administration, and time management.
**Data Migration & Integration:**
Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for mini master data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
**Technical Design & Development:**
Develop custom data interfaces, BAPIs, and IDocs as needed for mini master data transfer and synchronization.
**Data Validation & Reconciliation:**
Perform validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of mini master data post-migration to ensure accuracy and completeness.
**Documentation:**
Create detailed technical specifications, data mapping documents, and migration strategies.
**Support & Troubleshooting:**
