In-depth knowledge of Windows server Administration MS windows 2016/2019/2022
Expert in Virtualization - VMware / Hyper-V / ProxMox
Expert in Active Directory, Azure AD management, DNS, DHCP services
knowledge in Cloud technologies Azure / AWS
Working knowledge of SCCM, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, MDM (Intune, JAMF) solutions.
ITIL Certified preferred.
Working experience on ServiceNow / ticketing tools
Working experience on Monitoring Tool and Logs Analysis
Drive compliance to SLAs, KPIs, operational processes
Good Communication & presentation skills
Identify, own, track and execute service improvement action items including automation that could make people more efficient, make Infra more stable, reduce incidents, improve compliance, reduce risks etc.
Join major incident / outage bridge calls and drive teams to restore IT services, Be available on-call to resolve P1 / P2 outages.
People skill development and performance management
Support teams in prioritizing work (operations & project work etc., Support team to resolve operational issues.
Manage a skilled operations team, Motivate, develop, and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment.
Plan team members shifts and on call support for each technology team. Analyze the teams' workload and drive efficiencies
