Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Machine Operation Set up, operate and monitor the extruder machine

2. Operating the machine according to daily production Schedule based on the customer requirement.

3. Maintaining the quality standards as per the COA (certificate of analysis)

4. Daily check the preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine, auxiliaries and equipments.

5. Daily check and load the raw materials into the extruder machine.

6. Check and adhere to follow the safety standards on the shop floor.

7. Record production data, report if any discrepancies on daily basis.

8. Maintain good housekeeping in the shop floor.

9. Daily check and inform to spare availability of Compactor blade, DFC unit cutting blade and different sizes of filtration meshes to order.

10. Daily check the preventive maintenance of chiller, stainer, disc filter and dewatering unit to effectiveness of the cooling in machine to improve productivity.
