Job Description
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and rollout projects across multiple geographies.
- Conduct requirement gathering , fit-gap analysis , and business blueprinting .
- Configure SAP FICO modules GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-CCA, CO-PA , etc.
- Perform localization for country-specific legal and tax requirements.
- Manage data migration from legacy systems using Fiori or other tools.
- Coordinate integration testing , UAT , and cutover activities .
- Provide post-go-live support and user training .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP) and stakeholders.
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) .
- General understanding of Controlling (CO) module and FI-CO integration (CCA, PCA, overhead allocation, CO-PA value flow)
- Understanding of integration points between SAP FI, MM, and SD.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and global work group and to achieve results through global team efforts.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules.
- Deep understanding of ASAP methodology and SAP Activate.
- Experience in multiple rollout projects, including localization and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead workshops.
- SAP ABAP technical Knowledge
- Experience with SAP Workflow , Fiori apps , and document archiving .
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
