Master of Science in Electrical, Electronic, Compute, Aerospace Engineering, or
equivalent program
Background in industrial or automotive
Detailed understanding of high-speed digital PCB routing constraints, multilayer
PCB construction
Experience with BGA pitch of equal or less than 0.5mm
Ability to participate and leading schematic and layout design reviews
Experience in Altium tool
Altium library management
Altium Schematic Capture.
Altium PCB Layout.
Experience on High power PCB design
Experience on using busbar inlay PCB construction for very high current requirement
Hands on wok on BMS design for automotive products
IPC Standards for Symbol and Footprint creation.
High complex multilayer layout design.
PCB layer stack-up design.
PCB design rules.
PCB to Mechanical interfaces.
Library and Layout review process.
Gerber release process.
