Job Description
Designation AR Caller / Senior AR Caller
Speciality: Physician Billing/ Hospital Billing
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Night Shift (US)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 10 days
Key Responsibility:
- Meet Quality and productivity standards.
- Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials & underpayments.
- Should have experience working with Multiple Denials.
- Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
- Ensure accurate & timely follow up where required.
- Should be thorough with all AR Cycles and AR Scenarios.
- Should have worked on appeals, refiling, and denial management.
Job Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum 1-year experience in AR calling would be an advantage.
- Understand Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Healthcare providers.
- Basic knowledge on Denials and immediate action to resolve them.
- Follow up on the claims for collection of payment.
- Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and following up on outstanding accounts receivables.
- Should be able to resolve billing issues that have resulted in delay in payment.
- Must be spontaneous and have high energy level
- Should be flexible to work in night shifts.
