Job Description

**We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Voice & Accent Accessor**

Role & responsibilities

• To evaluate communication skills of candidates and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Conduct V&A assessments for hiring and internal evaluations.
• Audit calls and evaluate the candidates. Provide feedback as well.
• Provide objective feedback and support training needs.
• Collaborate with recruitment , training and operations team.
• Maintain consistency in assessments and reporting.
• Evaluate candidates on parameters including pronunciation, intonation, grammar, fluency, clarity and listening comprehension.
• Conduct voice interviews for identifying trainable candidates.

Preferred candidate profile/Skills and Competencies

• Strong spoken and written English skills with a neutral accent.
• Knowledge of phonetics, speech mechanics, communication patterns.
• Analytical mindset with strong documentation and feedback skills.
• Previous Experience in BPO Voice Accessor, V&A training is a must.
• Basic knowledge of learning and development methodologies.
• Strong time management skills.
