Location: Coimbatore / Bangalore
Shift Time: 06:30 PM 03:30 AM (Night Shift)
Mode: Work from office
Terms-Fulltime/Part time/Contractual: Full-Time

Job Summary
As a contract manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle for a company
The contract management services include negotiation, implementation, and administration of contracts
With accuracy as the primary benchmark, a contract manager ensures that the contracts are drawn and executed in compliance with the companys policies and regulations, Key Responsibilities
Maintain tracker of customer contracts for all the entities, Maintain expiry and renewal dates
Coordinate with attorney for review of contacts
Ensure new contracts signed by sales person is as per agreed template terms
Upload to hello sign
Download and maintain contracts in a master folder
Coordinate with Finance team during invoicing
Maintain all vendor contracts as well
Work with AP to ensure payments are as per vendor contract
Be a POC for sales, me, ops when details a SOW and contract are needed, Follow-up with customers proactively when contacts/SOWs expire
Inform Ops to stop work when SOWs/contracts are not renewed
Audit to ensure that work done and SOWs are matching
Audit to ensure that SOWs and invoiced are matching
Update everything in a contract management software ?
Mandatory Skills
Experience in contract drafting , redlining , review and negotiate
