ERP - 064 - SAP PLM Senior Consultant - 6-10 Years - Bangalore - Revolutionize Your Product Lifecycle with Industry 5.0Title: SAP PLM Senior Consultant
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Pan India
Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days
Must have skills: SAP PLM implementation/support, MM/PP/QM/PM, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT
Job Description:
- 6 10 years of SAP experience, with at least 4 5 years in SAP PLM implementation/support.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PLM modules (Document Management System, Recipe/Specification Management, Engineering Records, Change Management, Classification, BOM, etc.).
- Solid understanding of integration points with MM, PP, QM, PM, and other SAP modules.
- Experience in configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to S/4HANA PLM will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end configuration of SAP PLM modules as per business requirements.
- Conduct Unit Testing and ensure defect-free deliverables.
- Support Integration Testing with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, QM, PM, DMS, etc.).
- Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, including defect resolution and knowledge transfer.
- Assist in cutover planning and execution, ensuring data readiness and smooth system transition.
- Facilitate Go-Live activities including production system checks, data validation, and issue resolution.
- Support post-go-live stabilization, monitoring system performance and resolving production issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and provide best practice solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials for end users.
- Work closely with ABAP and technical teams to provide functional specifications.
- Provide hypercare and continuous improvement support post-implementation.
Good To Have
- SAP certification in PLM or related modules.
- Experience in Agile / DevOps delivery models.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, EHS, or Industry-specific PLM processes.
