Co-ordinate with co-packers and logistics partner on day to day basis to work closely with them on daily operations to represent Yumlane and execute our quality standards and processes. Lead entire QA process. Plan, organise, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimising unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Be responsible for procurement, inventory management, production output, product quality and dispatch. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilise assets to produce optimal results. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions as and when required. Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime. Develop and comply plant safety procedures. Develop systems and processes that track and optimise productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts and implement practices that best suit the plant by providing a clear sense of direction.
