Role
The Manager HR_ North America will drive HR operations and compliance, support talent and performance management, and align people practices with business goals to enhance employee experience.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute the organizations learning and development strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
Program Design & Delivery:
- Design, develop, and deliver blended learning programs (instructor-led, e-learning, workshops, etc.).
- Curate and manage a library of learning content and resources.
- Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Performance & Talent Development:
- Oversee leadership development, high-potential employee programs, and succession planning.
- Implement performance management training for managers and staff.
- Support employee career development and individual learning paths.
Evaluation & Reporting:
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Report learning outcomes and ROI to stakeholders.
- Use data analytics to continuously improve learning solutions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfill team-specific training needs.
- Manage external vendors and consultants for specialized training programs.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure learning programs comply with industry and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with L&D trends, tools, and technologies.
Skills & Qualification
- Masters degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in L&D, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
