Role & responsibilities :

End to end exp on working with Implementation projects. Look for candidate who has worked on implementation project.

1) Good understanding of the Business Processes and Compensation Summary
2) Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
3) Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes
4) Ability to build/review functional design specification documents
5) Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports
6) Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
7) Has worked with small and large teams
8) Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
