Sr. System Engineer @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

Tech Mahindra Ltd is looking for Sr. System Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. System Design and Architecture : Collaborate with other IT teams and management to design, plan, and implement complex systems and infrastructure solutions. This includes analyzing requirements, evaluating existing systems, and proposing improvements. Installation and Configuration : Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking components required for the organization's systems. This could involve setting up servers, storage systems, networking equipment, virtualization platforms, and operating systems. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to systems, applications, and network infrastructure. Provide escalated support to the IT support team for critical problems. Security and Compliance : Implement security measures to protect the organization's systems and data from potential threats. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data security and privacy. Monitoring and Performance Optimization : Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and capacity planning to proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or issues. Optimize system performance to achieve the best possible efficiency. Backup and Disaster Recovery : Develop and implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime in case of system failures or disasters.
