Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical engineers proficient in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Python/Spark. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Data Scale, Azure Data Factory, and Python/Spark to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Customer Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support to clients. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team. Collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and issue resolution. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Given in the table above Technical Skills: Proficiency in Data Scale, Azure Data Factory, and Python/Spark. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality support. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other Azure services and cloud platforms. Certification in Azure or related technologies. Experience in a product-based company.
