Exp on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must)
that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi-geo rollouts
Must have thorough knowledge nad experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service
Must be thorough and hands-on MSCRM 2013 ,MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug-ins, Javascript, Azure functions, Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations)
Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including
.NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5
Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012
Scribe and SSIS
Experience in MSCRM installation and set-up and multi-site deployment
Modern workloads:
Power platform : specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps in preferred
Experience in Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is high preferable
Experience in working in an Agile DevOps and SAFe methodology is a must
Ability to work on POC and demo for Presales engagement
Experience working on Proposals and Solutioning as part of Customer RFP response
Should be hands on with estimation for Presales work
Experience with presenting Solution to Customer and seeking approvals
Good team handling and customer facing skills
