Job Description
About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI, Data Science, and autonomous agent systems. In this hybrid technical and field-facing role, youll be building advanced AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and real-world deployment across diverse domains. You should be hands-on, innovative, and travel-ready to support global projects, deployments, and customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop agentic AI systems that leverage GenAI and data-driven insights to autonomously plan, reason, and act.
- Build, fine-tune, and integrate Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) into multi-agent workflows and intelligent applications.
- Perform end-to-end data science workflows, including data wrangling, exploratory analysis, modeling, and deployment.
- Deploy AI agents in real-world, often unstructured environments-ranging from enterprise to field and edge systems.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams, as well as external partners and clients.
- Travel globally for deployments, client onboarding, technical demos, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Stay ahead of trends in GenAI, agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and large-scale data systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Agentic AI systems (e.g., LLM agents, RL agents, multi-agent systems)
- Generative AI, including LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and/or multimodal models
- Data science, including machine learning pipelines, model evaluation, and statistical analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with key libraries/frameworks:LangChain, AutoGen, Transformers (Hugging Face), scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, etc.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment, optimization, and monitoring.
- Proven experience delivering AI products or solutions in production environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel globally, including to customer or partner sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating structured and unstructured data into autonomous agent systems.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, tool-using agents, or cognitive architectures.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Vertex AI, etc.).
- Prior work in defense, enterprise AI, robotics, digital twins, or AI consulting.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
