We're Hiring: Senior Technical Engineer Azure Data Engineering & Customer Support.
Location: Pune & Chennai
Experience: 510 YearsAre you a seasoned data engineer with a passion for solving complex technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer support? Were looking for a Senior Technical Engineer with deep expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Python/Spark to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your expertise in Data Scale, ADF, and Python/Spark to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Provide timely, effective, and empathetic customer support to ensure high satisfaction
Identify and implement process improvements to boost support team efficiency
Collaborate with product development, engineering, and cross-functional teams for seamless issue resolutionQualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
78 years of hands-on experience in data engineering and support roles
Strong command of Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Python/Spark, and Data Scale
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical conversations
Proven customer-first mindset with a commitment to quality supportPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with other Azure services and cloud platforms
Azure certifications or related credentials
