Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Work on international non-voice processes for clients based in different countries.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
Strong communication skills with ability to understand diverse accents and languages.
Proficiency in handling multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as per business requirements.
