Job Description
Role: Senior Test Engineer - Bluefield Migration
Years of experience: 4-7 years of overall testing experience
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Work Type: Contract (6 months extendable)
Screening checklist: Knowledge in FICO and SCM, Hands-on experience with RICEFW validation, Knowledge of Bluefield implementation approach, ISTQB or SAP Testing certification. Exposure to performance and regression testing in SAP environments.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA testing. The candidate will play a critical role in validating complex business processes across Finance and Supply Chain modules, supporting migration activities, and ensuring seamless integration with multiple non-SAP boundary systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Review business process documents (BPDs/EPICs) and prepare comprehensive test scenarios and cases.
Validate RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) and customized SAP processes.
Execute system integration and end-to-end testing across Finance, SCM, and boundary applications.
Manage test cycles using TestRail (or equivalent test management tool).
Track and resolve defects effectively using JIRA, coordinating closely with development and functional teams.
Support business teams during UAT and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Provide timely reporting on test progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
4-7 years of overall testing experience, with significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA projects.
Strong understanding of Finance (FICO) and Supply Chain (SCM) processes in SAP.
Hands-on experience with RICEFW validation and highly customized SAP environments.
Proven expertise in integration testing with external/non-SAP boundary systems.
Proficiency in TestRail (or other test management tools) and JIRA.
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Good to Have:
Knowledge of Bluefield implementation approach and migration testing strategies.
ISTQB or SAP Testing certification.
Exposure to performance and regression testing in SAP environments.
