Job Description
Role - Java FSD

Location - Gurugram/Bangalore
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Remediate vulnerabilities in existing AWS Lambda functions.
- Develop, test, and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other AWS services.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot and optimize AWS Connect call flows and integrations.
- Implement security best practices for serverless applications (IAM policies, encryption, least privilege access).
- Maintain and enhance full-stack applications (frontend + backend) supporting contact center operations.
- Automate processes using AWS Step Functions, EventBridge, and API gateway.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins) for seamless deployments.
- Document code, architecture, and remediation efforts for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.
- Work on several development initiatives concurrently and provide subject matter expertise on implementation and product customization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in application development (Java, API, Python, .NET,), with advanced proficiency in Python development for backend applications.
- Strong expertise in AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, or Vue.js) for full-stack development.
- Familiarity with security remediation (vulnerability scanning, patching, OWASP principles).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, AWS CDK).
- Ability to debug and optimize performance bottlenecks in Lambda functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an operations-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with recruiters, stakeholders, and non-technical team members.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- AWS Certification (AWS Developer, Solutions Architect, or DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with contact center technologies (IVR, CRM integrations, real-time analytics).
- Experience with AWS Connect (call flows, contact control panel, integrations).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray, Splunk).
- Background in operations support, including incident response and system monitoring.
