Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electrical CADD Engineer to support our design, drafting, and documentation activities in electrical and low-voltage projects. The role involves preparing detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and schematics for ELV systems, PA systems, Surveillance, Data & Electrical wiring projects as part of our system integration business.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare 2D drawings, electrical layouts, single line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics using AutoCAD.
Design and draft layouts for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA System, Fire Alarm, Data Networking, etc.).
Develop as-built drawings, shop drawings, and installation layouts for projects.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with the project team, engineers, and site supervisors for accurate implementation.
Update revisions in drawings as per client/consultant feedback.
Maintain proper documentation of design files, versions, and drawing logs.
Assist project engineers in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and material take-offs.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 3 years of experience in Electrical/ELV CAD drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D); knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of electrical layouts, load schedules, and ELV systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and technical documents.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
