Role & responsibilities
Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals
Interact with customers over a call to understand their concerns and queries.
Provide prompt and appropriate solutions.
Escalate customers' concerns to the authorized department people.
Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from the office.
The selected candidates should be able to join ASAP
Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
Preferred candidate profile
Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English & Tamil must
Candidates who can speak additional Hind , Kannada, Telugu or Malayalam
Immediate joiner preferred
Only BE/ B.Tech Graduated (no arrears)-All docs must.
Age: 24 years to 35 years
