Responsibilities:
- Sourcing IT and non-IT candidates (internal positions) from Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
- Interviews of Candidates, Salary Negotiation, Onboarding
- HR Generalist Role
- HR Tasks - Payroll, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, etc.

Required Candidate profile

Right candidates must have:
- MBA with 70%
- Experience in IT/Non-IT Recruitment & Generalist Role
- Willing to learn & grow
- Smart Thinker & Worker
- Good Comm. Skills & Pleasing Personality
