Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Java and Angular Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader, responsible for guiding the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This role requires deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular. As a Lead Engineer, person will not only be a key contributor to the codebase but also mentor junior team members, drive technical strategy, and ensure best practices are followed across the entire software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Java applications using Spring Boot framework. Cross Technology Understanding and code conversion ability to different tech stack.
- Developing and maintaining web applications using Angular framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze technical feasibility, and propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in Java development, and recommend integration of new tools and frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Expertise in Java, with extensive experience in Spring Boot and building Microservices.
- Strong proficiency in Angular.
- Solid understanding of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and strong SQL skills.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and web services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
