We are looking for a Data Scientist. This position will be full-time and Onsite Gurugram.
What Youll Do
- Analyze large and complex logistics datasets to uncover patterns and optimize operations.
- Build and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, route optimization, anomaly detection, and other analyses.
- Write efficient Python and SQL code to develop ETL workflows and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Data Engineers, Operations, and Business stakeholdersto define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to architect scalable, cloud-native data science solutions.
- Stay informed about new developments in Data Science, ML, and GenAI, and apply them to business problems.
- Present findings and model results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What You'll Need
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- 2-4 years in Python (libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large relational datasets.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
- Exposure to Generative AI frameworks or large language models (e.g., Open AI GPT, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Familiarity with cloud-native ML tools (e.g., Sage Maker, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
