Role : Senior Technical Lead/ Tech Lead

Location : Siruseri, Chennai,

Experience : 10 to 20 Years

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners to 30 Days

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Technical lead you will play a role in shaping scalabale and secure enterprise level application , Microservices & distributed systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, coding & testing Java based applications in allignment with business & architectural needs.

• Colloborating with architects to define scalable & maintainable solutions

• Driving best practises through code reviews, unit testing & adherence to design patterns

• Mentoring junior team member and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing

• Preparing technical documentation for solutions & integrations

• Troubleshooting complex production issues & ensuring prompt, reliable fixes.

Must Have Skills:

Strong expertise in spring boot, Spring core, Spring MVC.

Building & consuming RESTful APIs/Web services ( Spring REST, Jersey, etc.,)

Spring cloud( microservices , service discovery , configuration)

Strong SQL knowledge - writing efficient queries, Joins, indexing, Query optimisation

JDBC

Maven( Dependency management & project building)

Should have skills:

Apache Kafka / RabbitMQ / JMS (for messaging and event-driven architectures)
Spring Security (authentication, authorization)
JSON & XML Processing (Jackson, Gson, JAXB)

Nice to have Skills :

Ext JS/ React/ jQuery
Apache NiFi
CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment): Jenkins or any tool
