Job Description:

Optimize the Workplace & Mitigate Risk
  • Lead strategic facilities management for the Hyderabad office, including space planning, renovations, branding, leasing, safety, and security ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison with real estate partners and vendors, supporting long-term growth planning, office expansion initiatives, and leasing discussions.
  • Oversee day-to-day workplace operations (catering, reception, visitor management, security, staff transportation, and shipping/mail services) through in-house staff and managed service providers.
  • Drive robust business continuity planning and execution in India, ensuring operational resilience while prioritizing employee care, wellness, and clear communication during disruptive events.
  • Manage ModMed India s corporate travel program, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with global policies.

    Create Employee Delight & Foster Connection
  • Imagine, design, and own programs and initiatives that strengthen ModMed s culture in India.
  • Deliver high-impact employee experiences from daily touchpoints to an annual calendar of cultural, social, and wellness events that foster connection, belonging, and alignment with ModMed s values.
  • Oversee local pre-boarding, assimilation, and new hire experiences in partnership with global People Experience teams.
  • Localize and bring to life global culture, engagement, well-being, and belonging programs, ensuring strong relevance and impact in India. Enable Global Collaboration & Alignment
  • Collaborate with the global People Experience team to align India s initiatives with global values, branding, and culture.
  • Share best practices, feedback, and local insights to shape global programs and adapt them to diverse cultures and workstyles.
  • Partner with HR Operations, Finance, IT, and other functions to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience.
  • Act as a cultural advisor to ModMed India leadership, helping shape decisions that impact employee experience and workplace operations. Deliver Operational Excellence
  • Maintain high service standards across facilities and workplace operations, ensuring the environment consistently reflects ModMed s brand and culture of excellence.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure service quality, timely delivery, and strong value.
  • Oversee facilities and People Experience budgets in India, ensuring efficient resource allocation, meaningful employee impact, and cost control through monitoring and variance analysis.
  • Use data, employee feedback, and key metrics to evaluate operations, driving continuous improvement and measurable impact. Lead & Develop Team
  • Lead and grow the India Facilities & People Experience team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a strong service mindset.
  • Establish team goals, provide coaching and feedback, and create development opportunities to build skills, engagement, and high performance.
