Job Description
- As a Product Trainer for AI & Robotics, your role will involve delivering engaging training sessions to students, educators, and partners. You will be responsible for bridging technical product features with real-world applications and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to the target audience. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver product training sessions on AI & Robotics to students, teachers, and internal teams. - Develop training content, tutorials, and manuals aligned with the company's robotics and AI curriculum. - Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and interactive sessions in schools, colleges, and training centers. - Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics and artificial intelligence to enhance the training modules. - Provide feedback to the product and R&D teams for improving product usability and curriculum design. - Support customer onboarding and troubleshoot basic product-related issues. - Conduct online/offline training programs, webinars, and certification sessions as required. - Document training feedback and submit timely reports to stakeholders. Key Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Robotics) or equivalent technical background. - 2+ years of experience in training/teaching or working with educational robotics and AI platforms. - Strong understanding of robotics kits, microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.), sensors, actuators, and AI tools. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience. - Willingness to travel locally or regionally to conduct training/workshops. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): - Experience working with AI tools like Python, machine learning libraries, TensorFlow, etc. - Experience with STEM/STEAM education environments. - Familiarity with educational tools like Scratch, Blockly, or other block-based coding platforms. - Certification in AI, Robotics, or STEM Training.
