Job Description

As a STEAM, AI & ROBOTICS Trainer at one of the top AI Robotics Training companies in Bangalore, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Developing and issuing educational content such as notes, tests, and assignments. - Supervising classes to create a safe and productive learning environment. - Organizing supplies and resources for lectures and presentations. - Delivering personalized instruction to students to encourage interactive learning. - Planning and implementing educational activities and events. - Ensuring classroom cleanliness and orderliness. - Preparing and distributing progress reports and semester report cards. - Creating a monthly newsletter. - Evaluating and documenting student progress. - Allocating and grading homework, assignments, and tests. Desired Skills: - Proven experience as a teacher. - Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and formal educational guidelines. - Adherence to company policies and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and commitment. - Creativity and energy. - Strong moral values and discipline. - Minimum Graduation in a specialized subject with a certificate in education. Minimum Requirements/Knowledge/Skills for Teacher Job: - Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as a Teacher. Minimum Education Requirements/Certification: - Bachelor's degree in Education (Mandatory). - Master's degree in Education preferred (Not mandatory).
