Senior Engineer - Robotics @ Renewable Energy

Job Description

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for Robotics Integration and Programming of industrial robots such as Estun, Innovance, Yaskawa, KUKA, ABB. This includes expertise in Robot kinematics, motion control, calibration, teaching, and CCD software calibration. You will also be involved in Control System Configuration, Programming, Fault Diagnosis, Servo drive and motor repairing, Electrical and automation fault troubleshooting. Additionally, your responsibilities will include Robot hardware repairing, troubleshooting, PLC & HMI Software packages, and developer experience is preferred. Your role will also encompass Testing, Commissioning, troubleshooting & Programming, application development & software development of HMI and SCADA systems like Siemens WinCC & TIA Portal. You will be expected to perform Fault analysis of various automation faults of PLC & SCADA, Network related problems of Profibus and Modbus. A detailed understanding of Various protocols related to PLC & Instrumentation such as TCP/IP, Fiber optic, Profibus, Modbus, HART, RS485, and RS232 is required. Qualification Required: - B.E / B. Tech / Diploma- Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & control In summary, your role as a Senior Engineer will involve hands-on experience in robotics integration, control system configuration, troubleshooting, programming, and application development of HMI and SCADA systems. Your expertise in various protocols related to PLC & Instrumentation will be crucial in ensuring efficient operation of automation systems.,
