Job Description
- As a Sr. QA Engineer at our company, you will be an essential part of our team, contributing to the success of our projects and ensuring the quality of our products. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Basic familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). - Rectifying errors promptly and effectively, and reporting them accurately. - Investigating the root causes of defects identified during the testing phase. - Estimating the time required to ensure the quality of each product. - Reporting identified defects to the relevant departments for correction. - Applying technical skills specific to the product being tested, such as knowledge of machinery for hardware, etc. - Collaborating with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to analyze product issues and generate solutions. - Designing and executing test cases effectively. - Proficiency in using tools like JIRA and Confluence for project management.
