Job Description
- You will be working as a SAP SD Testing expert for a prominent Indian multinational corporation based in Bangalore. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Expertise in SAP Testing, specifically in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) at an advanced level. - Hands-on experience in SAP testing is mandatory, with exposure to SAP S4 implementation being a good-to-have skill. - Proficiency in understanding the overall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle. - Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with good documentation and presentation abilities. - Ability to effectively coordinate with Business Analysts, ABAP team, and Functional Analysts. - Deep understanding of core SAP functional business process flows and designing end-to-end business process flows. - Familiarity with using Test Management tools and creating/implementing software testing planning and strategies. - Thorough knowledge of testing best practices, standards, methodologies, testing metrics, and defect life cycle. - Skilled in managing and maintaining various testing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Experience in training and mentoring resources on testing best practices and methodologies. - Responsible for effort tracking for all tasks and ensuring development tasks meet quality criteria through various testing phases. - Continuous improvement of testing and validation processes while motivating the team. - Collaboration with the automation team for sharing functional knowledge, script development, and remediation. - Exposure in preparing comprehensive test reports.
