Job Description
- Role Overview: As the Head of Networks India and Global Product Delivery Assurance at Deutsche Bank in Pune, you will have the responsibility of leading the Global Network Services (GNS) team in designing, engineering, deploying, and operating the bank's network infrastructure across 2000 offices in 70 countries. Your role will involve aligning priorities with overall GTI and GNS Strategy, ensuring compliance with Technology Roadmaps, and managing services globally. You will be instrumental in driving the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of network products in alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the Product Strategy, develop Product Roadmaps, and ensure their successful implementation based on business insights and technological advancements. - Coordinate with engineering, deployment, automation, risk, and operational functions to bring the product vision to life, ensuring delivery capacity, resolution of challenges, and compliance with architectural principles and regulatory requirements. - Drive the development and use of technical solutions into a clear product set, optimizing product generations and ensuring uniform quality in global rollout processes. - Advocate for customers and associated functions within the networks organization, driving automation initiatives in a hybrid cloud infrastructure landscape. - Provide administrative management oversight for all India-based resources and coordinate regional team leaders in line with local requirements and strategy. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience managing general networks including security practice and 5 years in a leadership position in globally distributed Network Organization or Product Management. - Expert knowledge of core networking, certifications such as CNP, CISSP, and cloud relevant certifications. - Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, modern Cloud and Hybrid Cloud infrastructures, automation, orchestration methods, and relevant networks market segments. - Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution skills. - Fundamental understanding of Project and Program Management. - Graduate degree or equivalent experience in technology leadership roles.
