Assistant / Deputy Manager - MLB / SMT @ CAI

Job Description

As an SMT/MLB Equipment Engineer with 12-18 years of experience, your role will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure cost, quality, and delivery goals are met. You will review and establish material, equipment, and manpower requirements, coordinate maintenance activities with other functional groups, and develop personnel for efficient departmental operations. Your responsibilities will include programming and troubleshooting various SMT Machines such as ASM Paste Printer, SPI, Mounters, Reflow Profiling, Router, Glue Dispensing, and LASER Marking Machines. You should have a strong understanding of PCBA/SMT Machines Process, basic knowledge of industry-standard testing procedures, and quality control practices. Additionally, you will be expected to have a strong knowledge of documentation including PM Checklist, Machines WI, and System Procedures. Conducting CP/CPK study of all SMT machines, implementing preventive maintenance as per the schedule, and providing advice to production engineers to enhance efficiency and quality are key aspects of the role. You may also be assigned other duties by your supervisor to support operations. Qualifications required: - 12-18 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment. - Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting SMT Machines. - Strong understanding of PCBA/SMT Machines Process. - Knowledge of industry-standard testing procedures and quality control practices. - Familiarity with documentation processes such as PM Checklist and System Procedures. - Ability to conduct CP/CPK study of SMT machines and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
