Job Description
- As an HR professional at Infosys, you will be responsible for leading one of the vibrant Development Centers with a strategic and consultative approach to execute the organization's vision, culture, and business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with business leaders to implement HR solutions aligned with the Development Center's goals. Key Responsibilities: - Seamlessly onboard and assimilate new employees. - Cultivate a positive work environment and uphold organizational culture. - Enhance the DC's brand in the society and ensure business continuity. - Foster a high-performance work environment, promote diversity and inclusivity. - Safeguard the organization's interests and take disciplinary actions when necessary. - Implement DC-wide rewards and recognition programs, suggest solutions for performance improvement, retention, and employee experience enhancement. - Manage the Health & Wellness program. - Establish effective communication channels for interactions between management and employees. Qualifications Required: - MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW/equivalent preferred. - 15-20 years of experience in HR-ER. - Location: Hyderabad. - Proficiency in English and Telugu (Mandatory). Desirable Traits: - Possess a positive attitude and be levelheaded. - Capable of leading and nurturing a team of high performers. - Uphold the highest standards of integrity and personal probity. - Effective communication with diverse stakeholders and ability to influence. - Strong analytical thinking, adaptability to change, and prioritization skills. - Stay informed about industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.,
